Cappadocia Caves Hotel

The buffet breakfast was very generous with plenty of choice, which had slight variations every day. Location was convenient for walking around Goreme.

The location is very good, central and you can even walk to a sunrise point, around 15-20 min. The room is big enough, good air con, description says it has views to mountains, courtyard and city, but it actually has only one window by the door, i suppose they mean view from the terrace. It also says it has own terrace, but it's more a balcony, we never used it, because the terrace on the roof for everyone is very good, we spent there alot of time. There is a bad smell in bathroom. The breakfast very minimal, always the same food. Parking available around the Hotel, but you have to search for a spot if coming back in the evening. The Hotel is not in caves, I don't even know why they call themselves caves hotel. Overall I would stay again for the location, terrace and the swimming pool, which was smaller than on picture and freezing even in August :)

The room was spacious, comfortable and warm (it was q cold in Goreme when we were staying). Huge bathroom which included a shower and bath tub, which was great when you have kids. Hotel provided travel cot. Plenty of towels and slippers. Plenty of choice for breakfast, lots of fresh ingredients and hot choices. View from breakfast room was fab. Lovely little terraces dotted around for views of Goreme. Hotel reception staff were incredibly helpful and nothing was ever too much. Added bonus, they have the cutest hotel dog.

Location was great. Reception was friendly — we arrived early and as our room was tidied up earlier we were able to check in before 2pm. Prices for tours / hot air balloon seemed reasonable. Water dispenser at lobby and breakfast was readily available for use. Luggage storage available and convenient. Room was reasonably sized. Shower had good water pressure and hot water was ample (did not run out).

This was one of the most amazing hotels and it's in the most perfect part of town. You're a 30 second stroll from a variety of restaurants and shops. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. I had a great shower and sleep. I didn't eat, however the breakfast looked amazing and there was a variety of options. I loved the different balconies you could watch the view from and managed to watch the sunset without having to go to the lookout point. The staff went above and beyond (I had a medical event and they helped me until the ambulance arrived) and I could tell that they are like this all the time, as every other guest was happy to be there. Bonus - they have the most gorgeous dog in the reception area
